College Exposure T&C is a travel softball organization that provides tournaments and clinics to softball players and teams from throughout the Northeast.

 

Coach Spriggs has been coaching travel softball since 2005.  He also coached Varsity High School softball for several years at two different schools.

 

He is currently the Interim Head Coach at SUNY New Paltz.  As assistant coach the last four years, he acted as the hitting instructor for the program as well as coached the catchers and outfielders.  The Hawks staff was named the Coaching Staff of the Year by the SUNYAC for the 2023 season after compiling at 31-13 record and winning the SUNY regular season crown.  In 2024, the team took another step forward going 36-8 and the coaching staff was once again recognized as the SUNYAC Coaching Staff of the Year.  The Hawks repeated as conference regular season champs, but further went on to win the SUNY Conference Championships for the first time in program history while earning a berth in the 2024 Division III Softball Championships, also a first for the program.

During his travel coaching tenure with the Ulster Fillies program, his teams won over 50 tournament events.  The 18U program was the Nationals runners up at the USSSA Open Nationals in 2012 and 2019.  This is in addition to multiple other top four finishes at Nationals events at 16U and 18U.  Coach Spriggs has proudly placed almost 100 of his former players onto college rosters.

Rick has been running tournament events for nearly two decades and has been a clinic coordinator/instructor through partnership with Elite Collegiate Skills Camps for the past decade plus.

Our relationships with the many college softball coaches throughout the softball community has made our events a go to recruiting destination for our college softball coaching friends/partners.
