Tournament Refund Policy:

- Full refunds until March 1

- 50% refund with full refund given if replacement team is found from March 1 until May 1.

- After May 1, no refunds for any reason.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

- A 50% refund will be given to all teams in the event of a full rainout of weekends play.

- Any games played...no refund.

- The unforeseen cancellation of the event due to health related mandates or any other reason will result in a refund of the entry fee less $200.00.

 

Clinic Refund Policy:

- Full individual refund until May 1.  50% refund from May 1 until June 15.

- No refunds after June 15.

- A catastrophic injury which results in a player being unable to participate will result in a credit being given for a future camp or a refund with a surcharge to be discussed on a per situation basis. 

- The player missing clinic, but playing in tournament is not considered catastrophic and no refund will be issued for that situation.

- Full rainout of a days clinic will result in a 50% refund for the cost of that days clinic.
